“From Chalkboards to Champions” A Transformational Study on the Rising Educational Standards in Delhi Government Schools

Abstract :
This paper presents a comprehensive and original analysis of the evolving educational landscape in Delhi’s government schools. Drawing on recent policy reforms, infrastructure upgrades, pedagogical innovations, and community engagement, it explores how Delhi has redefined public education from a remedial service to a model of inclusive excellence. With over ₹16,000 crore invested in education in 2024–25 and initiatives like CM Shri Schools, Happiness Curriculum, and Mission Buniyaad, Delhi’s schools are not just improving—they are inspiring. The study argues that the rise in standards is not merely statistical but deeply human, rooted in emotional literacy, equity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
