Abstract :
The integration of educational technology (Edu-Tech) into modern classrooms has transformed teaching and learning practices worldwide. However, the successful adoption of technology in education depends largely on teachers’ preparedness, digital competency, and willingness to integrate technological tools into pedagogy. This research paper examines the importance of teacher training in Edu-Tech adoption, explores the major challenges faced by educators, and discusses effective strategies for developing technologically competent teachers. The paper highlights that continuous professional development, institutional support, digital literacy, and practical training are essential for meaningful integration of educational technology. The study concludes that teacher empowerment through structured training programs is crucial for building innovative and future-ready educational systems.
