Duties of Editors: The liability of the editors is to evaluate the suitability of submitted
manuscripts for the journal, including:
(a) Manuscript quality
(b) Whether it meets the Aims and Scope of the journal, and
(c) Originality of the work.
Editors will evaluate the merit of manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to race, gender,
country of origin, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. The editors will not disclose information
about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers or potential
reviewers, or other members of the editorial board. The editors ensure that all submitted manuscripts
being
considered for publication undergo peer-review by at least two reviewers who are expert in the field
Duties of Reviewers: Peer-review is essential in order to make editorial decision effective and assisting to improve author’s manuscript. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited and point out any similarities with previously published works. If any reviewer feels unqualified to review the manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should immediately notify the editors and decline the review. Reviewers must treat the submitted manuscript as confidential documents and not be shown to or discussed with others without authorization by the Editor-in-Chief. Reviewers must not examine manuscript with conflict of interest, competitive, collaborative or connection with other authors. In case of misconduct; breach of confidentiality, delay of peer-review, conflict of interest or plagiarism prompt action will be taken against reviewers.
Duties of Authors: Author must ensure that the manuscript is original and has not been submitted, accepted or published before in any language not also is being considered for publication elsewhere. Author should consider the presentation of the manuscript, whether it meets the journal requirements and must include the citations in respect with previously work conducted in the field. Author should disclose any conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results and interpretation in the manuscript. Acknowledge all the sources of financial support. Author should expect to receive reviewer’s reports in a prompt manner normally within three weeks. All the persons who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, data analysis and interpretation of the study should be included as co-author. In case of significant errors is found by authors in published work, it is their obligation to promptly notify the journal’s editor in order to either correct or retract the article.
Duties of Publisher: In cases of proven scientific misconduct, plagiarism, or fraudulent publication, the publisher, in collaboration with the editorial board, will take appropriate action to clarify the situation, publish an erratum, or retract the work in question.
